Classes are based on Purnasya® Yoga, a style of yoga, created by Ananga-manjari, blending Integral, Kundalini & Yin yoga with a strong emphasis on alignment and Vinyasa, as well as spontaneous movement. You receive instruction and guidance to balance of the body, mind and inner being. This class brings together wholistic tools for each person to reawaken their own healing abilities and connection to their divine self. It is a healing circle held in a sacred space. Through a regular yoga practice we learn which poses are effective in re-establishing balance in some aspects of our existence.

Prenatal Yoga

Connect with other expectant mothers while learning new ways to transition through the discomforts of pregnancy and labor. Relax your mind and body, and ease the birthing process through meditation, breathing practices, visualizations and birthing positions and vocalizations. Previous yoga experience not required.
Postnatal (Mama & baby) Yoga

Classes help create a sense of community during a time set aside for yourself and your baby. These classes focus on increasing energy and stamina, working on strength and flexibility, and improving focus and concentration. Take time to slow down and reconnect with your baby and yourself through yoga postures, baby massage and songs. Babies six weeks postpartum through early-crawlers welcome. Prenatal yoga is not a prerequisite.
Children's Yoga
A fun and supportive way for children to develop awareness, confidence, motor skills, and creativity, while combining yoga, movement, songs, breath & relaxation. No previous yoga experience required.
